I just wanted to say how very grateful I am to the team who attended my delivery today in Leeds. They went above and beyond to ensure that the delivery went right first time. They were fantastic and I think I would have been in tears without their help.
We are proud of the reputation and relationships we have built over the years and our staff regularly receive a great deal of positive feedback for the work that they do. We are thanked by letter, with flowers, alcohol and with some work we recently carried out for a European client…by cake!
You should have received some information in regards to a cake we have ordered to show our appreciation towards Alex, Adam and Chris’s brilliant service. Fingers crossed all of the boys are in when the cake arrives. Please give them our best. You should be very proud of your personnel – these boys take service to a whole new level. So approachable, enthusiastic, helpful and effective. They really made our day, thank you again for that.
Donna called to thank us for the excellent work performed by Mark Darlington and Malcolm Jackson, who were tasked recently with delivering a “hospital bed” to a home address, which is always challenging!
Donna mentioned that she was “particularly impressed with the communication in advance of the delivery and then the tenacity shown by the crew to manoeuvre the bed successfully to ensure the customer got exactly what they wanted”
Although having called the crew to pass on her thanks personally Donna wanted to ensure all relevant parties hear about this and receive thanks for their part in delivery from warehouse pick through trunk to delivery.
I just wanted to send you an email following the recent implementation that has taken place over the last 3 weeks.
I wanted you to pass on my thanks and the thanks of all our staff for the hard work, professionalism and commitment your drivers have shown in this account during the implementation programme.
I know it has meant very early mornings and long days for them which is very appreciated.
During the implementation they have constantly worked part of the team onsite and helped in every way they can.
Please pass on my personal thanks to them because without the complete team effort that we have had during the implementation it would not have gone so smoothly and in fact completed a day early.

I recently took receipt of a vending machine that Bishopsgate delivered and I just wanted to pass on a few comments regarding the delivery staff, Martin and Stuart. Sadly I didn’t catch their surnames but I am sure you can find this out…
Both guys were extremely polite and friendly and this resulted in our receptionist immediately commenting on this fact. We had an existing vending machine positioned where the new one needed to go and Martin and Stuart were both prepared to help me move this to make space. It isn’t every day you find such customer focus and I would be extremely grateful if you could pass on my thanks to their relevant manager.
I would just like to pass on our thanks to you and your delivery team for an excellent service. A double minitramp was delivered to us recently and your staff were friendly and happy and did not complain. It was not until they were leaving that one of our directors noticed that there was road works at the entrance to the car park stopping the lorry from gaining access and your staff had parked all the way down the road and wheeled the double minitramp into us without complaint. I would like you to thank them on our behalf, it is good to see this sort of service and to know that our customers are receiving the same excellent service. Thank you very much.
