We want our customers to have the best experience possible when they use our services and listening to what they think is the surest way possible to ensure that we deliver on our promises. We listen, of course, but earlier this year our quality team carried out a formal survey to seek the candid opinions from our entire customer base. Nathan Harvey, who works in the customer services / quality team said, “We had a really good response and while it has been very complimentary about our services and what we do, it makes sure that we do not become complacent”
