Bishopsgate used to occupy a small warehouse in Nurseries Road, Baillieston, Glasgow but moved out 5 years ago. One of the first decisions made when the Allport and Bishopsgate businesses merged was to welcome the Bishopsgate team from ‘the other side’ of Glasgow to come back and join their new colleagues in the Allport facility at Units 27/28 Nurseries Road, Baillieston Glasgow. G69 6UL.
Edward Hanratty, the Glasgow depot manager said, “It was one of those no brainer decisions really. Our facility is larger and Bishopsgate had a short term agreement on their old facility that was coming to its end. It has all worked out very well and we managed to work quickly on the move. It certainly shows the company’s intent to make change as the businesses combine”
