With TENESO Austria managing the client and overseeing all operations, working together with Bishopsgate in the UK & Eijgenhuijsen BV in Holland, TENESO Europe SE are able to provide well trained, professional and fully qualified crews, to deliver and install equipment to sites no matter what obstacles or challenges stand in our way.
With Bishopsgate carrying out the pre delivery survey and providing a detailed Method Statement and Risk Assessment, it was then Tectraxx’s task to co-ordinate to ensure the team knew exactly what they needed to do, to complete this unusual installation. Eijgenhuijsen had the task of transporting the machine from Holland, with a 2 man team, to arrive on site on a Saturday morning and meet up with the team from Bishopsgate. Bishopsgate would provide the additional trained crew, with all the tackle and lifting equipment. All the team would work together on the installation.
Preparing the site for the install was the first task, to level out the access to the window where the ground sloped away and provide a level platform internally to land the equipment onto. Once completed, we conducted a test run to ensure the machine could be offered up through the window level, allowing the forks to be removed level. Once tested a smaller load would lifted.
With all systems in place and the process tested, it was time for the main engine to go in.
Once the main engine is in, the rest of the equipment follows using the same process. On completion, the crew remove the internal platform and ramp, allowing now the install to begin, positioning and levelling the engine, which then all other parts are positioned off.
With Bishopsgate keeping consistency with the personnel allocated to these deliveries, cross training between Eijgenhuijsen BV trained crews and Bishopsgate, provides valuable skills training, on the installation and handling techniques required for these ‘high end’ printing projects.
